FAQ
In my consultations, I see each patient as a unique individual who has walked its own path, with its own life journey, and who, at a certain point, developed a condition or symptoms that caused discomfort, drained their energy, and affected their quality of life.
With this in mind, after a detailed analysis of the patient’s concerns, we discuss the possible root cause of their issues, the proposed treatment plan, and the reasoning behind this approach. This treatment may include, whenever necessary, recommendations or adjustments related to lifestyle, circadian rhythm balance, nutritional and dietary approach, exposure to toxins, among others.
Depending on the treatment plan, I apply various natural therapies during consultations, such as aromatherapy, geotherapy, reflexology, and auriculotherapy.
Throughout the entire treatment process, patients know they can always rely on my support and receive any clarification they may need between consultations.
What to expect from a Naturopathy and Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) consultation?
In the first consultation, I carry out an in-depth assessment of the patient, not only in terms of clinical history but also their lifestyle, psychological state, and overall body functioning.
The initial consultation lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, allowing me to design a personalized and individualized treatment plan without rushing, and with the full attention the patient deserves.
What happens during the first Naturopathy and PNI (Psychoneuroimmunology) consultation?
In an ideal world, natural medicine should be a regular presence in our lives. Once we already have a diagnosed disease or condition, it is much harder to recover than to prevent it in the first place. This is where Psychoneuroimmunology can help, as it studies precisely the altered or imbalanced physiological mechanisms, often silent, giving the patient no indication of the disease’s progression. This knowledge allows us to stop the progression of symptoms before they develop into a more serious condition. The goal of my consultations is not to find diagnoses, but rather to get to the root of the problem, reduce its symptoms, and, whenever possible, prevent the development of any type of pathology.
I don’t have any particular complaint—does it make sense to book a consultation?
It depends. The fact that several patients have similar complaints does not mean that the treatment applied will be the same for everyone, as the cause of each symptom differs from person to person. Each individual has their own rhythms, life experiences, and, consequently, a different capacity for regeneration. In restoring our health, it is also important to deconstruct the beliefs we have built about ourselves, our health, and even our personality. Deconstructing these beliefs takes time and is part of the healing process. That is why it is so important for me to listen to the patient and earn their trust, so that together we can work toward a successful recovery.
